Installation Fatrasol

FATRASOL is identified for flat and low angle slopped roofs with range from minimum 3° to 15°( max. 30°). Installation of FATRASOL should be done only by person or compan certified by Fatra. It is necessary to follow Construction and technological instructions manual Fatrafol-S along with FATRASOL manual.

To protect FATRASOL against dimensional changes and wind suction each project requires its own anchoring plan designed by architect. (Anchoring plan describes how many anchors are required for membrane in specific areas of roof to keep membrane safely in position. Read Construction and technological instructions manual Fatrafol-S download on www.fatra.cz Layout of photovoltaic membranes is designed based on anchoring plan. This layout plan shows exact position of FATRASOL membranes, cable ways and roof penetrations for cables entry into building. Each FATRASOL module is anchored on one long side, then overlapped 10 cm with another FATRASOL. Waterproof connection is done by hot air welding. Electrical connection of FATRASOL and the rest of electrical work
in system must be done by licensed electrician. Only certified el. components described in el. documentation have to be used.

System Fatrasol also includes:

      • Waterproofi ng membrane Fatrafol P 918 SG PV for areas of roof where FATRASOL cannot be installed. For example areas with denser anchoring, shadowed areas.
      • Homogenous waterproofi ng membrane Fatrafol 918 H is designed for complicated roof surfaces and detail fi nishing (roof outlets, corners, roof windows…)
      • Fastening elements made of TPO coated sheet metal - ending by
        the gutter and gable (angle strip, wall strip, drip mould,….)
      • Roof outlets, ventilation outlets, cable ducts, patches
      • Anchoring elements and pads
      • Thermal insulation - mineral, styrophone
      • Wapor control membrane
